Every obstacle we face in the outer world reflects an obstacle we are meant to overcome in our inner world. We all know our core desire and what we want to manifest. However when there are obstacles, many get discouraged and step away from their goal and pursue something else, only to hit the same wall again. Instead, if we look within and work to resolve the inner obstacles, the resolution manifests in the outer world too.
The process requires trust in ourselves, faith in our belief and persistence to achieve our core desires. Because it is intangible, many avoid staying put. But what about the other choice? At first it might seem like we dodged a bullet by running away, but soon we see a similar challenge in front of us and the same scenario plays out until we invest time and energy to understand and build awareness of root causes. So the choice is ours – Do we want to struggle or face challenges with grace?
So, what does looking within mean? When we see the same actions in response to a trigger, we can see patterns of our behaviour. These patterns may have formed deep grooves as our past beliefs, culture, and unresolved emotions influenced them and now may just be getting in the way. When we observe them, we start on a path to building awareness. Some patterns are easy to figure out and resolve, while others may be hidden and stacked under a pile of belief systems. Our responses are automatically driven by these hidden patterns.
The universal law states that when we are ready and determined, help shows up. Working in a safe container with another human being can reveal much of the patterns. Awareness is 50% of the resolution. The deeper the pattern, the more investment of time and energy to resolve it. By resolving patterns that do not serve us, we step closer to achieving our desires and regaining our sovereignty.
