The Abundance Table is a small, intentional evening where we explore what abundance actually feels like in the body before we try to name it with words. We begin with guided somatic work, letting the nervous system show us where ease lives and where tightness holds. From that felt ground, we open into honest group dialogue. Real talk that goes somewhere because the starting point is lived, not theoretical.
The evening closes with a short somatic practice to help the body integrate what was explored.

Instead of a panel or a programme, we stepped outside. Literally. This gathering had no agenda, no slides, and no networking prompts. Just a walk through Golden Gate Park, open air, and the kind of conversation that only happens when you slow down enough to let it.
What surprised us most was the range of people who showed up. Founders and leaders from Finland, Canada, Austin, and India, all with different paths and different stories, yet a shared willingness to be present without performing. The diversity of the room, or rather the park, made the simplicity of it even more striking.
